On 18th June 2025, a delegation from the Poona Institute of Management Studies and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) — an MBA institution under the esteemed AKI Trust — had the privilege of visiting the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. The visit proved to be a transformative learning experience, offering valuable insights into global academic best practices and advanced student development frameworks.
ISB, which recently achieved #27 globally in the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2025, continues to uphold its distinction as India’s top-ranked business school.
During the visit, the PIMSE team engaged with Mr. J. Sundeep, Associate Director – External Relations, who shared key perspectives on:
- ISB’s transparent, merit-based admission process
- A rigorous, outcome-oriented curriculum
- The impact of faculty-led research in driving institutional excellence
The delegation also interacted with Mr. Abdul Azeez, Associate Director – Student Engagement and Applied Learning, who elaborated on ISB’s innovative initiatives that nurture industry-ready, globally competent graduates.
A highlight of the visit was ISB’s gracious offer of mentorship support to PIMSE, symbolizing the beginning of a promising association aimed at promoting collaborative learning, research, and academic excellence.
