Admission Process

Our admission process follows a structured, transparent, and merit-based evaluation system. Candidates are assessed on academic preparedness, analytical ability, communication skills, leadership qualities, and overall suitability for the program.

The selection process consists of four stages, with a total weightage of 350 Marks.


Step 1: Application Submission & Preliminary Screening

Applicants must submit the completed online application form through the official portal:

Preliminary Screening (50 Marks)

As a key step in the Global MBA selection process, the interview is conducted virtually through Google Meet and evaluated using a structured five-trait assessment framework totalling 50 marks. The panel assesses:

  • Communication & Presentation
  • Career Clarity & Goal Alignment
  • Academic Foundation & Learning Orientation
  • Global Awareness & Business Understanding
  • Professional Discipline & Motivation

Each parameter is scored out of 10 based on the candidate's responses and overall interaction. Based on the cumulative score, the final decision is categorized as Strongly Recommended, Recommended, Borderline/Waitlisted, or Not Recommended.

Shortlisted candidates proceed to the Aptitude Test stage.


Step 2: Aptitude Test (200 Marks)

This stage assesses the candidate's intellectual readiness and problem-solving capability. The test evaluates:

  • Quantitative Aptitude (30 Marks)
  • Logical Reasoning (30 Marks)
  • Data Interpretation (30 Marks)
  • Analytical Skills (30 Marks)
  • Business & General Awareness (30 Marks)
  • English Language Proficiency (50 Marks)

This is the most comprehensive component of the selection process and carries the highest weightage.

Shortlisted candidates proceed to the Group Discussion stage.


Step 3: Group Discussion (GD) (50 Marks)

Candidates participate in a moderated Group Discussion to assess:

  • Communication and articulation skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Leadership potential
  • Critical thinking ability
  • Ability to present and defend viewpoints

The GD evaluates how effectively candidates perform in a dynamic team environment.

Shortlisted candidates proceed to the Final Personal Interview (PI) & Document Verification (DV) stage.


Step 4: Final Personal Interview (PI) & Document Verification (DV) (50 Marks)

The final interview is conducted by the Selection Panel to evaluate:

  • Readiness for independent research and self-directed learning
  • Awareness of global business environment
  • Adaptability to international academic culture
  • Professional Maturity & Ethical Awareness
  • Overall suitability for the program

Final Selection

The final merit list is prepared based on the cumulative score out of 350 Marks across all four stages.

Admission offers are issued to candidates who demonstrate strong academic potential, leadership promise, and alignment with the program's standards.
