We are delighted to share that a delegation from the Poona Institute of Management Studies and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) — an MBA institution under the esteemed AKI Trust, Mumbai, Dr. Porinita Banerjee (Director, In-Charge) and Dr. Sheena Abraham (Head, Department of Business Analytics) recently visited the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) to explore a collaborative partnership centered on student and faculty exchange, academic enrichment and strategic mentorship.

A key highlight of the visit was an engaging and insightful discussion with Dr. Peter Jose, Head of Strategy at IIM Bangalore. Dr. Jose offered valuable strategic perspectives on strengthening PIMSE’s academic ecosystem and institutional positioning. His recommendations emphasized experiential learning, global benchmarking, industry-aligned capstone projects, and international certifications — all aligned with PIMSE’s vision for innovation-driven education.

As part of this evolving academic association, PIMSE will also seek mentorship from IIM Bangalore to further enhance its academic vision, delivery, and global connect.
